Refund Policy
Purpose
At Career Lab Consulting, we are committed to ensuring that our students have a valuable and fulfilling learning experience. To build confidence in our programs, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for select courses under specific terms and conditions.
Scope
This refund policy applies exclusively to Career Lab Consulting’s certification and diploma programs, excluding non-refundable fees, promotional courses, and short-term workshops.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund Request Window
Refund requests can only be made between the 15th and 30th day from the official batch start date (course commencement date). Requests made before or after this period will not be considered. - Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, students must meet the following conditions:- Live Class Attendance
- Students must attend at least 90% of all live online classes conducted in the first 30 days. Watching recordings does not count as attendance.
- Full attendance is defined as staying for the entire duration of each live class.
- Assignment Completion
- Students must submit all assignments, exercises, and projects issued during the first 30 days before their respective deadlines. Submissions must meet the quality and format guidelines provided.
- Active Participation
- Students must actively engage in at least one doubt-clearing session and participate in discussions, as logged in the system.
- Students must use the course materials and LMS consistently during the first 30 days.
- Live Class Attendance
Genuine Engagement
Refunds are only available to students who fully engage with the course but do not find it valuable. Requests will not be entertained if the student fails to meet the engagement criteria.
Refund Process
- Submit Refund Request
- Complete the official Refund Request Form available on the Career Lab Consulting website or through the administrative office.
- Attach supporting documentation, including attendance logs and proof of assignment submission.
- Review Period
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 7 business days of submission. Decisions will be communicated via email.
- Refund Approval and Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days and will exclude non-refundable fees.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
- Registration fees
- Material fees
- Administrative and processing fees
- Late fees or penalties

Additional Terms and Conditions
- Hard Copy Material Return
Students must return all physical course materials in good condition via registered post before the refund is processed. - Termination of Access
Upon approval of the refund, students will lose access to all course materials, LMS, and other program resources. - Future Enrollment Restrictions
Students who claim a refund under this policy will not be eligible to enroll in any Career Lab Consulting program in the future unless explicitly permitted. - Loan and EMI Restrictions
If a student has opted for a loan or EMI and has outstanding dues with the financial partner, the refund request will not be considered. - Batch Constraints
All courses run in structured batches, and mid-course withdrawals disrupt batch integrity. Students are encouraged to complete the program unless they meet the conditions for a refund.
Premature Requests
Refund requests raised before the 15th day will not be entertained, as students are expected to fully experience the course before seeking a refund.
Policy Updates
Career Lab Consulting reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through official channels and apply to new enrollments only.
